Pros
Very sturdy - not the least bit flimsy and good length. Thick stainless steel and leather.

Good shoe horn for having at the front & back door. Now iam able to put my shoes on by my self. It works very well for his age (90), and ability to get his shoes on with ease.
Cons
Steel is not sturdy enough. Went to ikea and bought a nice shoe horn for much less than this. I bent this about 5 inches from the heal in the first week.
