It is the answer to an on-going problem when purchasing shoes that i love, but were painful to walk in due to a bunion. It's well built, sturdy, and targets a particular spot on your shoe that requires expansion. Can use with figure skating boots.

The item is smaller that i expected as the ones they use commercially fit in all shoes

It is a challenge to use these on my shoes and id say if your shoes are larger than womens size 6mens size 8 it might not work

The ball part goes into a shoe where a bunion touches and the ring part goes on the outside

The ball and ring are locked together and after a day or so stretch the leather so that the shoe is more comfortable to wear
