Since it did not seat into the shoe properly snug into the toe box and touching the bottom of the shoe only the upper portion of the widest part of the shoe and the shoe opening not much in the toe box were stretched

This was not an ideal method of stretching patent leather designer shoes

Like any shoe stretcher you are going to have toleave it in the shoe for 24 hours and then may have to tighten down a bit more and leave it another 24 hours but this item does work

Update i contacted the seller about my problem and they quickly and promptly responded back and sent out a new one under the warranty

You have to get two of these if you want to stretch them out simultaneously
