Once you use it a few times the inner screw like device began to slip would not open close while twisting

The spacing of the holes for expansion pads is perfect not like on some other shoe extenders where the holes are around the edges

Like any shoe stretcher you are going to have toleave it in the shoe for 24 hours and then may have to tighten down a bit more and leave it another 24 hours but this item does work
