Pros & Cons
Pros
The shoe is wider the next day! I have a pair of wading boots for fishing that needed to be a a little wider. Boots were stretched without any problems.
Overall the item is of satisfactory quality. One minor quibble is that the instructions say you should have boot-stretcher spray.
Cons
The toe cap on the boot is just jb kwik weld. The threads just aren’t thick and/or hard enough for stretching leather work boots. Maybe it works for stretching very thin, flimsy shoes, but for boots, forget it.

Competitiveness
This device is the 'better quicker way'.
I guessed they would 'break in' over time and eventually fit me better, but i thought there had to be a better quicker way.
