These guys know how to take care of their buyers. Used it on 5 pairs of shoes and boots and so far so good. It beats the devil out of buying new shoes!

The footfitter has bunion plugs. This is where the bunion plug came in handy even though i do not have bunions. Luckily the holes in the beech wood footfitter were placed perfectly for for my right foot.
Cons
The return policy is unacceptable for defective products. This is a steep price to pay for something that only lasts 1 year. Save your money, this one is not worth the bucks.
These are definitely oversize. Save your money and either go elsewhere or take your boots to a cobbler, where they can be stretched with a hydraulic press. At its max opening it is loose rattling around in the toe of my size 13 boot.
