Using it with a stretching spray to increase the height of the toe box on size 7. With a quarterly toe. Test, it seems like they have correctly stretched the shows where my pain points are.

Seems solid and stretches two ways, length and width. One needed bunion enlarging. A few extra turns once snug.

Cons

It is made with all metal parts, but costs double. While the threaded rod used to tighten the stretcher is metal, the * and round piece are plastic. Not repurchasing anymore.
