Pros & Cons
Pros
It is very well built and sturdy. Overall, i'm very satisfied, it works well! This shoe stretcher is well made and does the job. She is thrilled with it, and didn't even know this sort of thing existed.
This item works as expected. Using the stretcher is easy after taking a bit of time to understand the instructions and how to work the different dials. I feel it will be very helpful for a long time.
Cons
While the threaded rod used to tighten the stretcher is metal, the * and round piece used to tighten are plastic. There were no instructions with the product as advertised.

The quality is something out of the '40s.

It costs just a few more dollars than the plastic pair, but at this price you only get one instead of two.
