Pros

The movable bumps help customize where you want the stretch. Did a great job stretching out my riding shoes. I have super bunions and it is soooo hard to find shoes that are wide enough for me to wear comfortably.

My shoe stretcher is satisfactory. Will be ordering another one. Superior old school quality. Well worth the price difference.

Cons

I know this is my mistake but feel they should offer free shipping for returns like amazon because it is hard buying this kind of thing online. This product is a waste of time.
