Pros
The horsehair bristles are extremely soft. Absolutly the best way to apply creme polish to shoes. I use these to apply saphir renovatur, and saphir cream polish to my italian calfskin double monk straps.
Cons
Not true. They are not as pictured or described. However, buyer beware. These brushes are small and shed, if they didn't shed so bad i'd recommend them for small items but not something like a boot.

The horsehair shoeshine dauber brushes are solid and satisfying.
(in fact, after i washed it, the bristles were so hard that one of them pierced my finger.
Apparently some buyers were not getting the quality, german-made product that is shown.

These german made brushes are stellar in quality and after the initial shedding of 4 or 5 hairs theyre broken in after a good boot brushing

Ive had brushes from kirby allison grant stone and saphir and these are of the same exact quality and honesty probably come from the same factory
