I got this band so i could wear my fitbit in on vacation in las vegas so chances of me wearing it to work out are slim to none
I can take two links out and it fits snug on the small of my wrist which means i cant slide it up the two finger widths if i need to workout with this band which is highly unlikely but if i add an extra link its way too big on me and goes a quarter of the way up my arm or dangles around my wrist and does not take a constant heart rate
