Pros

The screen quality is actually quite decent. It's still certainly exponentially better than the old one i had. The touch screen is nice but i use a blue tooth keyboard instead of a on screen keyboard.

Getting the unit together was quite fiddly. The frame is attractive and sturdy enough. It would help if instructions or a drawing was included showing which bolts go in which holes.

The screen is very clear and fairly bright. The touch screen is responsive, not laggy nor glitches! It is quite small for a touchscreen but looks great! The rpi fits perfectly on the back.

You need to have both the hdmi cable plugged in and 1 usb. Cable. You may need an external power supply for the display so it is on during booting.

The price is unbeatable and it works perfectly. Can't speak for longevity as of yet. Kuman responded quickly to my email and provided excellent help.

Cons

Two holes in the backside of the case allow for protruding smd parts like a crystal oscillator. If you assemble this case as-is, the port connections for the hdmi and micro usb will have stress on them when a cable is connected. The location of the os... Read More

The holding frame is actually just 4 pieces of cardboard plastic cut-out (included).

The price is unbeatable and it works perfectly.

If the cons don't bother you, this is a great little touch screen for the price.

The price of this product for what you receive is excellent.

I give it 4-3/4 stars, which is pretty good for the price!

Shipping

Perhaps it's best to try to carefully trim the extra bits of the shipping protector off i guess.
