Pros

The battery seems to work fine, it's the sim card that is the problem. It is easy to change out. Fast friendly and prompt delivery via prime. Tracfone says when i get the new sim card, i will need to have them activated it.

Cons

It is offensive to receive as simple a thing as a battery, that no one bothered to check to see if it worked prior to shipping. It is more likely that the seller knowingly sent a defective battery.
