The clock looks fine and easy to read, but it only functioned for about 4 months before completely dying. The outer border/frame is too thick. Months into ownership and it's failing.

I would suggest that the seller make it clear in the description where it states battery powered that he adds a statement that ordinary carbon zinc battery is recommended instead of alkaline battery or other highpowered batteries
