Its sturdy and looks nice but its really small to me im using it for my collectors room where i have collections of things like comics coins old tins sports cards wood carvings memorabilia so i have need for lots of stuff for packaging to sell items all sorts of tape paper clips post its scissors knives pens etc and i have a large work table and this caddy looks like a minnow in a shark tank barely holding a small fraction my plethora of supplies ill order 34 more caddys of various other types to stretch the fore length of the table to accomidate everything if you just need a caddy for a small bedroom desk to hold some pens pencils scotch tape and a pair of scissors than this is a good caddy to get
