The lift shocks do not work in cold weather and im requesting a refund hope they fix the problem soon the lifters on my back window of my excursion stopped working about 6 months ago
All you have to do is insert a flat blade screwdriver under the edge of the metal clip do not remove the clip just enough to let the joint pop off of the ball
They work great and are easy to install
