These grips works great its been 1 week so far and i can notice a difference in hand and forearm strength at first i couldnt close them all the way but a week later about 20 to 30 reps a day im able to close it all the way with my left hand im right handed very happy with the initial quick result looking forward to further increasing my grip strenthg its also very solid product seems like it will last a really long time would definitely recommend love it
