Pros

Lindsay buroker is a gifted storyteller. Her books are fast-paced, but also appropriately slow-paced at times. Smart heroine. Love of infrequently or lost words.

Good action. Good plotline. I like the action and how things got hairy. Story was wrapped up very nicely.

Everything culminated into a finale with the team being pardoned and no longer outlaws. I just wish the ending was more fleshed out.

Sicarius under the control of someone who delights in mayhem and viscera is. Momentous. Vicarious is taken by a wizard and forced to do his bidding because he is implanted with a gem in his temple.

Cons

I love this series but i found this book to be anti-climatic and a lit down.
