The steel frame is heavy but thick so the quality looks great.
Other than the box, i have no complaints about this product.
Seems like ppl have issues with the shipper not the item from what im seeing.
The chair seems to be made with good quality material and overall it’s not so far off from my 400dollar secret lab gaming chair.

First one came with a cracked arm rest due to shipping.
Packaging/appearance
I just moved the included pillow out of the way and use something else as needed.
The packaging was great as each component was protected.
Competitiveness
She is a fan of the game, but we think it should come with at least a 5000 vbucks certificate, or a skin.
The predrilled holes were pretty clean and lined up.

But this isnt why i gave the chair four stars and it really isnt the chair that gets the ding in the stars it is the condition the box was in when it got here

The box had four great big holes in it you could actually reach in and touch parts of the chair

I bought this chair because the chair i was using before was a secondhand piece of junk and it was time for an upgrade

The padding on the arm rests isn’t the greatest and definitely could use a little more padding
