Pros
The chair is great, my son loves it. Was a christmas gift for grandson. It fits under his loft bed at his desk with plenty of room to raise.
It is comfortable, sturdy and easy to set up. I find this chair to be way more conducive to extended sessions. My only gripe about this is that the cushion seems to get dirty very easily.
Cons
Product is faulty and they will not allow a return because they say it is over 30 days. The back of the chair is crooked, the screw holes are not aligned properly. Within days chair is ruined. It came damaged.
