I had a little trouble setting them up so that i could access the camera feeds from my smartphone and other devices outside of my home network but jake from foscam helped remotely set them up

I was unable to connect to the foscam camera via wireless

I had read about the excellent customer and tech service in earlier reviews and i had decided to buy these cameras because of this service

We did have difficulty setting up our cameras but we got the issues resolved expertly by calvin when we called the number on the box for service
