Many people have complained that cameras work fine when hardwired but wont work when used wirelessly over the internet for remote viewing

To view wireless cameras remotely over the internet you must add the wireless mac id to your router when your are setting up ip addresses and port forwarding

The wireless mac address can be found on the smaller sticker on the bottom of the camera that contains the cameras model number

If you intend to use the cameras wirelessly and you use the wrong mac address in your router your cameras will only be accessible locally but not viewable over the internet
