The camera movement is quiet and video quality is good although id recommend when possible to use 720p the highest available for this camera

You can set it up directly from your mobile device and you dont need to set up an ip address or configure a server to capture the video feed

You can however record video and take snapshots directly to an sd card or have it upload to an ftp server either in house or offsite
