I bought this feb 2016 it was a bit technical to setup but after a few tries i was able to set it up as indoor motion detecting camera to check for persons entering the front door

It was turned on everyday in morning leaving for work and turned off when we return from work

Now its july 2017 focus first become blurry then its now producing a purple artifact noise that totally made motion detection useless

The info can be found elsewhere but with that lack of concern for support i cant see how someone would choose a long term product with such lack of support
