All in all i am happy with the purchase (note the one i ordered and received was a referb).
Setup was strait forwarding and the picture quality is decent.
The picture quality was perfect and also the audio quality.
Competitiveness
This was not my first r2c ip camera i have purchased and i’ll probably purchase others or similar foscam cameras in the future.
I am impressed with their hd ptz cams.
I use this camera with blueiris and it works well.

Perfect picture even with the night vision turned on

The camera detects motion and can be control remotely with an available app

Only complaint is in night mode if you point the camera down you get glare off of the camera housing which washes out the image

Another issue is hearing the motor loudly through the camera mic every time you adjust camera direction
