Pros & Cons
Pros
Very durable metal lens hood with plastic lens cap. My only quibble is that it is shallow enough to use a center-pinch lens cap, but has no internal threads.
Cons
The thread pitch is not correct for the lens attachment threads.
Highlights
Quality
Back to the roots of 35mm film, i love the quality and design of the hood.
A perfect fit for lens and good quality.
Price
Price is amazing in comparing to the hood you are forced to buy from canon (they don’t include one with their lens).
