Pros & Cons
Pros
This adapter is good for older canon ef/ef-s lenses without the stm designation. Bought this to adapt a canon fd 50mm 1. I have my original lenses from my om-10 from the late 70’s and this allows them to attach to the e-m10.
Ring allows me to use almost all of my old nikon lenses on my olympus mirrorless camera. You get some interesting telephoto effects using the adapter.
Works great, super cheap, and it’ll hold you over till you can afford to drop 650$ on an adapter. There is really nothing to complain about for this adapter, it works well and its cheap.
Cons
The inner diameter of the screw mount * is too small that it pushes down on the aperture bayonet of my smc takumar 50mm. This flaw prevents the aperture from freely moving. I have a micro4/3 camera and it would not let the lens focus to infinity at al... Read More
The inner diameter of the * should have been machined another 1. Mm. The * to sensor distance is wrong. I assume a stop pin may have sheared inside disconnecting the back helicoid from the central, non-rotating cylinder.
At every turn, it feel like i should just splurge and get the metabones speedbooster, even though it costs roughly a billion dollars. Returned it to an amazon locker.
Highlights
Quality
Given the quality of zuiko lenses, in general, it's nice to have a means of continuing to use them.
The quality of this adapter is well above what i expected, given the very modest price.
That quality is impossible without this adapter.

Competitiveness
I bought several generic brands, so far i like this one the most.
Works exactly as it should with a nice tight fit to tlmy em-1 mark 2.
A little loose on the lens side of the adapter for tokina lenses.
Bought it in order to use an old nikon mount tokina 500mm lens , which on my olympus om-1 mkiii becomes a 1000 mm super telephoto.
