You still have the sparkly red focus thingys, and you can zoom in with the evf to 10x, so (overall) manual focus is ok.

Competitiveness
This is a well-made, sturdy adapter that functions perfectly.
With a canon r5 and a bunch of legacy nikon glass this adapter was somewhat of a no-brainer.
You will want an end-cap in that case.

I gave it 4 stars because the fir is actually a little too tight and is somewhat difficult to remove and the aperture lock is more confusing than you’d think

Word of caution there is one little quirk with these adapters as the pin that tensions the lens aperture iris spring has its own lockopen ring should you try to force the lens on the adapter unless you are sure the aperture lock ring is in the open end of its movement range
