It feels more natural to hold the front of the grip with 4 finger - but realistically you’ll be using 3, as your index finger will operate the shutter. The grip is solid, not slippery and looks amazing on the black x-t2.

It's also 8mm taller, without crowding the front dial or shutter release. Allows access to the battery compartment while actually offering some protection to the bottom of the camera. Adds heft to the camera than i had expected.
