I actually dont own an ad200 but i did get a yongnuo yn200 which is just as handy and the same size and shape

I am not real steady when it comes to handheld shots and i really wanted to get sharper images in places where tripods arent handy

While i havent used this pouch for any realworld shooting yet my first test shots definitely show more sharpness when using the pouch

The light changed slightly from the handheld shot to the shot with the camera on a monopod in the pouch

The handheld was at 18 of a sec while the pouch shot was 16 but still the pouch shot was sharper
