They have an elastic band which helps the shorts stay in place, as they are supposed to fit tight. The legs sit snug and the legs did not budge or roll up while biking. They are still functional though and i anticipate them lasting a couple of years.

A little loose on the waist but tight on the thighs. Had to order xl for me as the right fit. I wear them spandex material boxer briefs underneath.

Shorts ride too low in the back to make you look like a plumber. Surface of padding is to narrow and covers the groin but not the * bones. Low rise belt line is uncomfortable.

The shorts fit like they are on backwards - but they are definitely not. Almost makes me think this pair is a defect. All i can think about when i wear these is how a product this bad actually ends up on store shelves.
