Pros
These are by far the best elbow pads that i have ever had. Interior elbows pad is hard plastic but i like them.
Cons
These are in no way adult large/x-large. It's really painful and rubs my elbow raw. The middle of the elbow pad was very hard.

The elastic to tighten things down is the issue because it’s way too snug when i stretch it to even get it to its loosest setting
