Pros
Cuts great and it doesn't scratch! It actually feels like a knife, not flimsy like my other one. I always order two so i have an extra on hand as they are super inexpensive.
Strong enough for denser items like cookie bars, and never scratches the non-stick finish. Has saved my brand new meatloaf pan from being scratched.
Cons
Now its a flat plastic knife.

The knife is small serrated and light and does a great job moving around the pan but press very verylightly as it did scratch my pan
