Pros

They bake evenly and the bread pudding can even be served from them. Now, any time i need to reheat something, it goes in one of these.

There are no markings on the ramekins themselves that states they are safe for use in the microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher. They look nicer than stainless and don't tip over easily.

Overall a high quality product and possibly a 5-star product except for the confusion of quantity in my order.

It's hard to find 16oz ramekins, strangely.
