Pros
The mortar and pestle are rough, so perfect for keeping spices in place for grinding. Works great for grounding whole spices and/or herbs. It is a must-have item if you want to enjoy freshly hand-grinded dips.
Cons
Do not like this pestle and mortar. Seems more like formed cement. Just washing is off, it reeks of wet concrete.
