Pros
Great product. If you know how to use on of these tools, it does a perfect job.
It's lightweight and easy to use. Not too heavy but definitely not a flimsy taco press. It is not overly heavy but it is cast iron so does have some weight to it.
Cons
The spacing between the plates from end to end is not consistent, meaning your tortilla will be thicker at one end than the other. The instructions call for you to powder the plates with flour to create a non stick surface, which does nothing. Getting... Read More

You dont need to apply that much force just steady pressure for a few seconds

Have only used once with gluten free corn flourhad problems with it sticking to the press maybe i was making them to thinwill have to try again
