Clearly identifying the size was tough to pin down by the pics. It's not too deep, but deep enough. Appreciate that it is neither too deep nor too shallow.

Great for kneading bread dough in it. Easy to make one batch and then transfer to small multi quart bowls for serving. Very easy to stir without spilling over the edge.

Great size for tossing salads, flouring chicken etc. Good size for pretty large mixes, like 2 lbs.

Great quality, smooth polish inside and out as well as on the rim. It's not too heavy either but has stability because the base is not too small. Older stainless bowls feel somewhat thicker heavier. Nests with my other stainless steel bowls.

Product quickly got rusted. After 3 thorough hand-washes and 3 dishwasher washes, this bowl still makes my fingers black when stirring. Warning on prolonged exposure to foods with high salt concentrations may cause surface corrosion.

Don't buy it. Buy from a better seller or a trusted in-person store. Contacted manufacturer. Still no response as of 9pm on 12.

The plastic layer comes off easily with a single peel. The steel is thin. Arrived with small dents in bottom and rough swirl marks on inner surface. Do not attach super glue.
