The pan makes beautiful fluted tarts. Perfect for mincemeat tarts at christmas, as well as fruit tart, butter tarts & whatever other tarts you decide to bake.
The nonstick coating is very sturdy, but i do make a point of hand washing the pans just to be sure the coating remains that way. It's not heavy, easy to clean and has the perfect mini loaf sizes. One batch of banana bread makes the eight mini loaves.... Read More

I used this and my regular 24 mini muffin pan together otherwise it would have taken forever to bake these 12 itty bitty muffins one tray at a time
