The material and thickness is perfect and durable. It is more substantial (thicker) than others i have seen. Otherwise, it's fantastically useful in a variety of ways.

They are reusable and wipe clean. Perfect for all baking, lays flat, cleans up nicely. The only downside is that it's a bit of a pain to clean.

I have used it many times now and am very pleased with the ease of cleaning it and the weight of it!
Initially, i mistakenly ordered the smaller size but would definitely go with the larger mat.
No curling or sliding with this product!
Packaging/appearance
It cleans easily - wash off in the sink and air dry.

One of the best baking mats on the market.

If you roll dough a few times a year a cheap mat is fine if you are doing it several times a week splurge on one a little more costly that works like this one

I used to have a pastry mat that was okay at best
