The whole pastry crust sticks to this. You have to push the cutter in so far that the crust sticks. Not worth a penny.

I do have one pie dough recipe that is so malleable serious eatss foolproof easy dough that can be a bit tricky

I had another one years ago that seemed to cut through the crust better but you just need to pound the top a little harder to get it to cut through
