I put in dishwasher and doesnt hold any unpleasant smells like a whole cabbage i steamed for jewish stuffed cabbage

I will state i did not buy to use in an instant pot so i cant speak to its use in that capacity

Its pretty much perfect except that some of the holes in the base of it didnt get fully punched out when it was manufactured which makes it pretty tricky to clean out when it has something grittier in it like the leftover water from black beans
