Pros

It seems a bit flimsy, but i haven't had a problem with the wire welds breaking. Great price and prompt delivery. Made in australia.

Fit in my small roaster perfectly. Holds meat high enough to stay out of the pan liquid, unlike racks that just lay in the bottom of the roaster. I use this rack both for roasting chicken and for resting my netbook on so it doesn't overheat.

The best feature is that it folds flat for storage. I think the clipped corners take off more than i thought. It has an okay strength and will substitute as a cake or cookie cooling rack.

Cons

Iron itself is a brittle and grainy metal. It's junk, and who knows how much of the black coating that chipped off we ate on our food!
