Pros

With a spray of oil, the madeleines come with with just a tap. The batter cooks evenly and the cookies come off the pan easily. I forgot to put cooking spray on a few of them, but the cookies still slipped right out, so nothing wasted!

Cons

The pan is coated with a thin non-stick layer. The coating appears to deteriorate over time, although it still looks fine after several months of regular use. It is miniature sized. I never spected a super ultra mini micro pan, it is really small.
