Pros

Love this teapot. Holds enough tea for two people to have a couple smallish teacups each or a one giant mug. Cons:-it is not a 10-cup as said in many other reviews, but i still hoped it could hold more.

This product is manufactured according to the most stringent guidelines for lead content provided by the fda and the cpsc. It's made very well - no imperfections. There's no dribbling problem.

Cons

Two defective items in a row is a huge nuisance. Very disappointing. Very cheaply made. Very poor quality.

The teapot is only 51 ounces. If you want it to sit on a shelf it may have some value.

Claiming this teapot is 55 ounces is deceptive advertising. Not a 10 cup as advertised. Is actually about a 4 cup pot.
