Pros

The chinois helps me easily separate the seeds from the tasty, flavorful pulp. Using it for applesauce to separate skin from the apple.

Cons

The inner box was smashed and taped up. This overseas made item is like most products anymore. Highly priced and inferior quality.

This chinois mesh basket is not all one piece. It's a great china cap strainer, but if you're actually looking for a very-fine mesh strainer then you're wasting your money.
