Seems like a good quality edges not as sharp as some people were writing in reviews

Ive used these twice and they work fine however the edges are not rolled over as they really should be which makes for a very sharp edge on them

I had no trouble when using them but the second time i washed them by hand i ended up slicing through my finger pretty badly
