Even with brand new batteries, frothing power is limited. As a milk frother, this fails miserably but as a drink mixer, this is very good.

Only reason i gave 4 stars was i received a 19-oz and not the 20-oz like this product description says.

I think i will get a small stainless steel tray to go along with the stainless steel french press and the sugar and creamer.
