Bought this to use with my cast iron griddle, and half-pound pancakes. Works perfect for a 2-egg omelet. Great for big pancakes.
Solid and durable well crafted. Lightweight and durable.
Cons
If you want a ginormous spatula this is it! The handle area bends easily if any pressure is applied to it. The metal piece gouges into your hand. Very flimsy metal in my opinion.
Metal is too thick to smoothly slip under the baked goods. I'd say it's more useful as a grill burger flipper utensil.
