Pros & Cons
Pros
Nice sturdy, easy to clean cookie cutter for shortbreads. I hope when i have grandchildren i can carry this tradition on. Perfect for making scottish shortbread.
It cuts and releases the dough as i had hoped. Having to be gluten-free is hard and biscoff cookies are addictive.
Cons
Two paper towel rolls are cut open lengthwise. The dough sticks to the cookie cutter despite greasing and flouring it. No portal for nudging out the dough.
