The inside middle contact was shorted to the side contact and so immediately blew the fuse

Easy fix though simple disconnect from mains source straighten contact and move it more to the side so the bulb doesnt snag on it it and away you go

Brilliant quality as replacement for the cheaper lighting kits as has proper uk quality lead for a replacement for the poor quality chinese import systems that have very thin lead that are unsafe
